"Do the Ariston heaters have to be hard-wired?"
The 2.5 and 4 gallon models plug into standard 110 volt outlets, while the 8 gallon models require hard-wiring.

"Can any of the Ariston models be used on the hot side of the plumbing? My hot water heater takes a minute or two to reach several sinks, wasting time and water. I want to put a small tanked water heater in-line on the hot side."
