We are VERY proud of our great service and we care!

Some people have written telling us that they thought that we were showing "too many" testimonials and "too many" pages of customer comments. They have told us things like: "Less is more"........"Just show the best ten compliments"....and...."You're just showing them because you have a large ego"......and so on. We think that some of those comments and input have a point, but I (we) believe that showing you these many compliments will let you see that we do get a LOT of totally unsolicited compliments e-mailed to us.

We aren't aware of ANY Internet mail-order company (of any size) that shows as many (and all of ours are unsolicited praises, not paid for, nor do we ask for compliments on any of our pages) customer comments as ours. We know that some of our competitors and others also show "some" customer testimonials but most only show (have) less than we show on just one of our numerous testimonials pages.

You KNOW these compliments are real, and coming from the hearts of our wonderful customers, and that we have received many thanks and praises!

We believe that over 99% of all of our customers love us (yes, we are human and we do make mistakes sometimes). You also know that we have not only received those original unsolicited compliments, but that these same customers were then (individually and personally) asked if we could use their testimonials (for free, without any compensation) on these many testimonial pages. Our employees have "earned" these compliments and they are to be commended.

Our team and myself get inspired when we receive a written compliment (it makes our day!), and so, we will continue to show more and more of our best letters/notes that we have received.
