Wrap your PTFE thread sealing tape on "with" the treads - that is pipe in left hand, PTFE thread sealing tape right hand, roll on clock-wise y at least 3 times. Sometimes adding a good quality thread compound on top of the PTFE thread sealing tape helps seal joints even better. Note: It's not a good idea to put thread sealing tape on a plastic male fitting then screw it into a female fitting because it can cause the female fitting to split if over tightened.

No sorry we do not. Teflon^® is a registered trademark name owned by DuPont. Therefore, we offer PTFE thread sealing tape instead, and our tape might not contain any actual DuPont brand products in its composition.
