"What does shut off at 10' mean?"
It means that the pump cannot pump higher (measured vertically) than 10' (with no friction loss taken into account). If you need to pump higher than that, we would recommend that you purchase a bigger pump.

"Are the pumps you offer on your website high quality pumps?"
