Our Founder, Owner and Mentor:
Many, years ago, Vic, after serving in the U.S. Navy Reserve (he's a Vietnam veteran and spent most of his service time on the ocean-going tug-boat, as well as graduating from California State University at Northridge, needed to find a way to make a living. Vic came from an "average" income, hard working family. He stumbled into a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program that paid well at the time and so took that job rather than going into the field that he has a college degree in (Sociology). After 4 1/2 years of intensive learning (advancing faster than all of his peers at that time) he became a Journeyman Plumber working for the County of Los Angeles (out of over 500 applicants he was number one). Quickly he became a Plumbing Contractor and moved out of Los Angeles. He then became a College Plumbing Instructor at Butte College and finally became a Plumbing Wholesale Supplier.
Vic discovered the Internet in 1994 and started our e-commerce plumbing supply company in 1995. Vic has had a lot of experience in the plumbing distribution business and combined with his Internet love and skills, along with a fantastic staff (many have worked for Vic for over 15 years) our Internet aspect prospered and grew rapidly. Vic has written a number of Internet articles for such well known magazines as Supply House Times, has been quoted in numerous newspapers concerning the Internet (such as the San Jose Mercury News, readership of nearly one million), he has been referred to at Michigan State University in Internet Communications courses, and he has given speeches about Internet sales to the Chamber of Commerce and Lions organizations. He also has been a paid Internet consultant for a number of companies.
Vic believes that plumbing has contributed much to society and his goal is to not only to be able to provide quality plumbing products at very low overhead prices but to also educate people as to how important plumbing is to society.

Our Leader:
Lucas, after our Founder announced his semi-retirement effective starting June 2005, he appointed Lucas to be our new Leader. Lucas is now our Leader and Vic (our Founder) is Lucas's mentor and advisor. Michael (below) and Lucas, are our two top Managers and are totally dedicated to continuing to have us be the best Internet plumbing supplier.

Our Administrative Supervisor:
Michael has been with us since we started. He loves challenges and finding unusual plumbing products. He also is seen reading the plumbing codes books for fun and that's Michael's favorite hobby... finding plumbing code answers. He also orders a number of products and oversees our accounts payable. Our credit rating is impeccable and Michael is one of the reasons. He makes sure all of the manufacturers/suppliers are always paid on time. Having a great relationship with our suppliers is one of the reasons that we can offer such low prices.

Our Data, Computer and Information Supervisors:
Dan has been with us since we started. He is our resident computer expert and is an expert in Perl, C++ (software language), xml and html. We have much to thank Dan for as much of what you see is due to his programming skills. He is also great in troubleshooting computer's glitches. Dan loves challenges and so he also has made finding and identifying unique plumbing parts his love. Dan states: "Plumbing and computers. What else do you need to know in this life?" Our other I.T. Supervisor (computer wizard) is Vincent (graduate of Chico State University). He and Dan make an awesome team.

Our Customer Relations Supervisor:
Stefani does everythig she can to make every customer happy. She gives our team the training needed to provide excellent customer service. And her hard work, dedication, and caring nature is what pushes our customer service to the high levels that it is. She raises our team's core understanding of customer care and brings it to higher levels.

Our Customer Relations Team Leader:
Rick has worked for us since we started. We get a lot of compliments about his hard work. Obviously he can't read all of our mail first due to our volume but the chances are probably one in five that he has read your order or note to us. If there is a problem with your order, you can be sure that Rick is one of the main people that is on top of the situation. We are very lucky to have such a conscientious person on our management team.

Our Co-Customer Relations Team Leader:
Charlotte is always right there doing her best to make sure everyone's order gets out on the same day that they are placed. She also will be one of the first people to jump in and help out with customer's questions and finding obscure plumbing products for people. She is very caring and will do what it takes to get the job done and deadlines met.

Our Personnel Manager:
Mike has also been with us since our inception and has helped to hire most of our team. He is knowledgeable about plumbing products and water quality is one of his specialties. We offer our brand water softener and water products because of his specifications. He's a leader in the community and does a lot of charity work. We are quite lucky and proud to have Mike on our team.

Our Warehouse Manager:
Jeff is doing a fantastic job.

Our extraordinary outstanding Customer Relations Managers are:
Pedro, Zack, and Linda who are all doing an outstanding job.

Our Photographer:
Sean really cares. We are very happy to have such an ambitious and caring person on our team.

Other very significant team members:
We would like to also recognize Jeannie, Sandee, and Matt who all work so very hard, efficient, fast, are very accurate (but human) and they all have a great positive, upbeat attitude. They all pay attention to detail which is so important when shipping products. They all are trained in all aspects of our entire system and therefore can come in when any one of our team members is on vacation or sick. They are able to process orders from start to finish and you might see their name on an e-mail from us. We are able to provide you with great service because of team members such as them. They are examples for all to follow.
Mark manages a lot of our accounts payable and does an exceptional job which we would like to recognize here.
There is also Ian whom we'd like to recognize as an outstanding team member.
