We believe that the vast majority of Internet users actually prefer to use e-mail rather than a phone when dealing with their Intersupplier. We recognize that a small percentage of our visitors prefer using the phone. We recognize that we can not please everyone. We do feel that we can provide the best service to the largest number of customers if we do all by e-mail. IF we have someone answer the phone we and you gain a lot because you will have your questions answered quickly. The "problem" is that not everyone can be an expert in everything. Therefor we have chosen to do all by e-mail. It takes longer (we do answer quite quickly but not as fast as by phone) but we believe that our answers are more accurate as they will be answered by whomever is most qualified to answer your question.

We put everything in writing which means that you won't hear 50 pounds when we said 15 pounds (for example).
