"Do I have to bolt my SuperPole to the ceiling?"
The heavy duty pole must be bolted to the ceiling. The basic SuperPole does not have to be bolted, but HealthCraft does suggest that if it is not bolted to the ceiling, the tension be checked once a month.
"Will my SuperPole damage my stippled/textured ceiling?"
According to HealthCraft tests, even with repeated removal and installs, a few bits of stipple will fall to the floor but no damage will occur.
"Can I put a Smart Rail on each side of my bed?"
Yes you can, as long as your bed is big enough to place both support rails between the box spring & mattress without overlapping.
"Can I use a HealthCraft Product in the shower?"
No, it is likely to rust. HealthCraft products are not designed for direct exposure to water/moisture.
"What is the weight capacity of your products?"
Generally, the weight capacity is 250 lbs./113kg. We do have a heavy duty SuperPole available with a weight capacity of 450 lbs./204kg , and the P.T. Rail has a weight capacity of 350 lbs./159 kg.
