Residential and Commercial Tankless Gas Water Heaters
Features:
  • Continuous Flow - Supplies hot water continuously at the temperature set point.
  • Heat Exchanger - Nine pass design to maximize heat transfer and efficiency.
  • Remote Control - Interior models have a primary control integrated into the face of the water heater. Exterior models are shipped with a primary remote controller. For both interior and exterior models up to two controllers can be hardwired at multiple locations. Provides 96° - 160°F for residential models and 96° - 180°F for commercial models. Optional controls provide 96° - 120°F setting.
  • Direct Electronic Ignition - No standing pilot.
  • Very Low Noise Level - 49dB.
  • Fully Automatic Controls - Outgoing water temperature is monitored by a built-in sensor. Burner and combustion blower modulate between minimum and maximum input to maintain setpoint temperature. If the temperature of the water exceeds 6 degrees above the set point temperature the burner will shut down. The burner will ignite once outgoing water temperature falls below the set point.
  • Interior and Exterior Models - Self regulating inputs, Interior Models=15,000-180,000 Btu's, Exterior Models=15,000-199,000 Btu's.
  • Diagnostic Controls - Error messages in numerical codes are displayed on primary control.
  • Cut Energy Waste - Models only run when there is a demand for hot water.
  • Space Saving Installation - compact size for tight installations (mounts on the wall).
  • Lime Accumulation Sensor - built into heat exchanger, alert of build-up.
  • Venting (interior model) - can be vented horizontally through a wall or vertically through the roof. Maximum equivalent vent length is 41 ft. Vertical venting maximum height is limited to 21 ft. Maximum of 3 elbows (vertical and horizontal). Indoor installations require 3" exhaust air pipe inside 5" concentric air intake pipe (only one hole to cut in wall or roof).
  • Five year (for commercial models) and ten year (for residential models) manufacturer limited warranty on heat exchanger.*
  • Five year (both commercial & residential) manufacturer limited warranty on parts.*

frequently asked questions about EverHot instant water heaters

tankless water heaters "How does the Hot Water Heater Scale Inhibitor System prevent corrosion?"
hot water heater scale inhibitor system It forms a thin protective layer on the inside of pipes and metal parts. This film or layer is microscopic in thickness and will not build up over time.

scale inhibitor system "What happens if you don't change cartridges often enough on the Scale Inhibitor System?"
corrosion prevention The original water condition and problem will reappear. Hardness will begin to build up again, which you want to avoid.

tankless water heaters "Is the Hot Water Heater Scale Inhibitor System's active ingredient safe?"
hot water heater scale inhibitor system Yes! All ingredients used are 100% pure food grade materials. They are approved by the USDA and meet purity requirements as a food additive by the World Health Organization.

questions about tankless water heaters"Will an instantaneous water heater save me money on my utility bills?"
answers about flash water heatersYes, in most applications you will see a savings. There are some variables that could reduce the amount you save. One example is you will not run out of hot water, so longer showers could cut into your savings. Also, the cost of electricity, propane and natural gas in your area will affect the amount of money saved. The higher the cost for the energy type used to heat your water, the quicker you will recover the higher initial cost of installing a tankless versus tank style water heater.

Positives:

You will never run out of hot water. "You want an hour long shower? No problem!"
Electric units can be installed at the point of use.
You're not paying energy costs to heat water 24 hours a day.
    They're easy to install.
Our electric units don't require a T&P valve. (No tank!)
Installing a tankless water heater will indeed be a bonus to the environment (why should we choose wastefulness when we're talking about finite natural resources)?

Negatives:

They all need a minimum flow rate & pressure to turn on.
The faster water flows through them, the lower the temperature rise. So,if you expect to take a shower while the clothes washer is running, you will need to select a unit sized to your hot water flow requirements. (Gas units handle this a little better than electric models)
Electric units need heavy gauge wire. Example: the 9.5kw must have 8ga wire and a 50amp breaker.
Gas units need a much larger, special flue pipe and larger gas supply than a conventional water heater.
At times they can produce very hot water. It's easier to get scalded.
Gas units are more complicated than a conventional water heater.
With some brands, parts are hard to find (not a negative if you originally purchase from us, as we like to carry parts for the units that we sell).

Summary:
Tankless water heaters have their place. They're not "the answer" to every hot water need, but if they're used correctly they can be the solution to many of them.

tankless water heaters corrosion prevention "What are the best reasons to install a Scale Inhibitor System?"
preventing corrosion The system inhibits scale build-up and protects the piping from corrosion, which helps maintain efficiency and extends the life of the system.

tankless water heaters "Will the Hot Water Heater Scale Inhibitor System change the taste or odor of water?"
hot water heater scale inhibitor system No. The active ingredient is colorless, tasteless, and odorless when used as recommended.

EverHot instant water heaters "What does LP stand for?"
EverHot instant water heaters LP stands for liquid propane.

EverHot instant water heaters "What's the difference between the interior and exterior models?"
EverHot instant water heaters The interior model is installed indoor while the exterior model is installed outdoor. Click for picture.
