"I need a piece of vinyl tubing longer than the full roll length. If I pay the cut price per foot, can I get one piece that is longer than the full roll?"
No, the longest single piece we offer is the full roll length.
"What about the clear vinyl tubing?"
This tubing has FDA approved materials. It's lightweight and tough. For low pressure, cold water lines, venting, drinking water, refrigeration and more.
"I recently received my shipment of tubing, and there appears to be a few kinks in the roll. Is this normal?"
The manufacturer spools both the clear vinyl tubing and braided tubing in as small of a roll as possible, and then they either shrink-wrap or box the rolls. Unfortunately, there's no way for them
to avoid a few kinks. When used in a pressurized water system (which is what this tubing is designed for), the kinks will straighten out over time and should not noticeably affect your water flow.
"Please tell me more about the braided tubing."
It's clear, flexible and reinforced braided PVC. It's mostly used for food, water and
beverage lines.
"I need 15ea. 2' lengths of 3/8"od tubing, but when I try to enter 2' more
than once, the amount in the shopping cart increases/adds up (ie 2' then 4' then 6' etc)...How can I order 15ea. 2' lengths of tubing?"
Because we don't guarantee an exact length of tubing, we will send you 30' and
let you cut the tubing to the lengths you desire. We only offer one cut piece per tubing size per order.
